Ryan W. Sauer brings extensive operational and business management experience to Hill Country Titles, Inc.. From 2006 to 2014, Ryan served as Operations Manager for Sauer Cattle Company, where he developed a strong background in business operations, leadership, and client relations. In 2014, he joined Hill Country Titles and began working alongside his father, Gordon E. Sauer, continuing the family’s longstanding commitment to serving the Texas Hill Country.
In 2016, Ryan purchased the company and assumed leadership as Owner and Vice President. Today, he oversees compliance with title industry standards as well as federal and state regulations, helping ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.
Ryan is dedicated to maintaining the trusted reputation Hill Country Titles has built over more than five decades. He is passionate about providing clients with a seamless, efficient, and customer-focused closing experience while continuing the company’s tradition of dependable service throughout the Hill Country and across Texas.
